Pig had to be "put to sleep" last night. She just couldn't hold out any longer. Her mommy and daddy tried everything they could and are truly heartbroken. A piece of our house is missing...

Broken Foot?
Today I woke mommy and daddy up screeching. When they uncovered my cage they saw that i had somehow got my wing in between my cage bars! Oh dear! I threw a fit and mommy and daddy thought I had broken my wing and were very worried. After about an hour of holding me, they concluded that I was acting okay since I was preening myself, stretching my wings, and eating. When mommy and daddy got home from work I couldn't walk very well with one of my feet. Mommy and Daddy are very worried about me and I will be visiting the doctor tomorrow morning.

Pigwet, Piggles, Mamaw's little piggy pwetty, Mamaw's on to you. You're trying to create your own sour mash still inside your chest. Sure, a little sugar, a little grain, a little dark & heat-- no wonder you're stumbling around banging yourself up. I will admit, it's a clever place to hide your still from your parents, but Mamaw wants you to find a support group. K? Love you!!
